On Friday, February 24, at Caesars Palace, Los Angeles, Informatica was given the silver award for “Best Use of Technology in Customer Service”. In 2016, Informatica made incredible strides in customer support productivity with new software technology. Informatica achieved “Extreme productivity” by reducing support ticket resolution time by 25% while increasing customer satisfaction by 20%.
